Gamescom 2014: ‘PES 15’ Release Date, Demo Launch, Cover Star Announced

Konami Digital Entertainment has announced that Bayern Munich star, Mario Götze, will be the cover star for PES 2015, alongside the announcement of an official demo and release date for the upcoming title.

PES 2015 will release on November 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. With the official free demo launching September 17 for all platforms, aside from PC which will be without a demo launch.

PES 15 is centered around the mantra, ‘the pitch is ours’. As Konami aims to faithfully recreate the realism of football with new control elements, which they are deeming the “most authentic close control system ever”.

PES 15 will be running on the FOX Engine, which is the same engine being used by Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain; which received a new trailer earlier this week at Gamescom.
